February half term activities with the kids!

February Half Term has crept up on us, so if you are stuck for ideas of what to do with the kids then this blog post is for you! We have pulled together some great activities that are taking place in Worthing, so wrap up warm and have a great week out.

Noggin the Nog, Worthing Theatres – Saturday 10th February, 11.30am & 2.30pm

Kids of all ages will enjoy these tales of Noggin created by Oliver Postgate & Peter Firmin.

Museum Workshops – 13th, 15th & 16th February, from 10.30am

Worthing Museum are running three fun workshops during half term. These include making a Valentines Card, handling and replicating fossils and the chance to learn more about the Romans with Family Art Friday!

Activus Valentine’s Disco Party – Friday 9th February, 3.30pm

Start the half term in style at Activus with Next Generation Disco! The party includes entry to the soft play and sensory room, a delicious meal, Valentines card workshop and Disco party entertainer! Tickets are £9.50 per child, it is recommended to book in advance on 01903 231117

RSOPA Half Term Club – 12th, 13th & 14th February from 9am

If your children love to dance then this half term club is for them! From ‘The Greatest Showman’ and ‘Pitch Perfect’ routines to Love themed crafts and card making, there’s something to suit children with all interests. Perfect for working parents too as it’s a drop at the door policy.

Brain Teasers at St Pauls – Friday 16th February, 7.30pm

This unique show is great for older families as it features hypnosis, mesmerism and mind reading to create mind boggling effects! Enjoy the talents of two professional entertainers in the field of psychological entertainment, Rick Martyn and Benjamin Hasker. Tickets £10, children must be 12+

Art-Ful Pottery Café – Open every day except Mondays

Art-Ful is a great place for kids & adults to get creative including pottery painting, build a teddy bear and clay building. Make sure you book in advance: 01903 532818

South Downs Leisure – Half Term activity programme

If you will be working during half term then these ‘Drop off and go’ sessions are great for children aged 5 to 16 years old. The fully supervised sessions run from 8.30am to 6pm, call 01903 905050 for more information or to book.
